All orders within Sweden are shipped with Postnord Mypack Collect or DHL. We only accept products that are unused and have their labels attached. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Please ensure that all returned products are securely packed in a slightly larger package to prevent damage to the product and original packaging. Print a copy of the shipping label and attach it to your package. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund. We will offer you a full refund (excluding return shipping costs) for returned items.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that food items are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund.
