Shipping
This webshop is only available for shipping within Sweden. All orders within Sweden are sent with Postnord Mypack Collect or DHL. The standard delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 working days and the shipping cost is SEK 49.

Right of withdrawal
When you as a consumer buy goods on the internet, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises, which applies from the time you have received a product that you have ordered. A condition, however, is that the item is unused and undamaged.

Please note that food products are exempt from the right of cancellation and cannot be returned, these include, among others, the pastries Delicatoboll, Punch roll and Mazarin provided by Delicato.


Returns
You have 14 days to return your order after delivery. We only accept products that are unused and still have their labels. Products must be returned in the original packaging. Please ensure that all returned products are securely packed in a slightly larger package to prevent damage to the product and original packaging. Print a copy of the shipping label and attach it to your package. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund. We will offer you a full refund (excluding return shipping cost) for returned items.



Food complaints
If you have received a defective or mis-shipped item, please fill in our complaint form at this link. This applies to complaints about the pastries Delicatoboll, Punch roll and Mazarin, please provide as much information as possible and your order number.


Returns of merchandise products
Please register your case in the form below. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund. We will offer you a full refund (excluding return shipping cost) for returned items.

You will receive a QR code to return your product with at Postnord. Please note that no returns can be sent to us/will be accepted without a returns slip administered from us.


The exchange of merchandise products
We offer free shipping when exchanging products.
*Note; the right of exchange does not apply to food - no right of exchange for the pastries Delicatoboll, Mazarin & Punch roll 25-pack.

Fill out the form below regarding your case. You will receive a QR code to return your product with at a Postnord service point.

Within 3 days after your package has been scanned at Postnord, you will receive an email confirmation with your exchange order and the new product will then be sent to you in a new package.
